Nationwide Storage shall not be liable (whether in negligence or otherwise) to any person for any error, omission or incompleteness in the information, or reliance on the information, on the site, nor shall Nationwide Storage be under any obligation to advise any person of any error therein. In no event shall Nationwide Storage be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of information) arising out of the use of or inability to use the site or the information thereon, even if Nationwide Storage has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions prohibit the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

Please note that there is no guarantee that any e-mail sent to Nationwide Storage will be received by Nationwide Storage, or that the contents of the email will remain confidential during internet transmission.

 

Paygate Terms and Conditions

  • Detailed description of goods and/or services: Nationwide Storage is a business in the self-storage industry that provides self-storage.
  • Delivery policy: Nationwide Storage does not currently offer delivery of goods on any packaging purchases.
  • Return and Refunds policy: The provision of goods and services by Nationwide Storage is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Nationwide Storage will refund the client in full within 30 days. Should an order be cancelled once placed, there will be no cancellation fee. With regards to damaged goods being returned, it is at the discretion of the Nationwide Storage manager whether or not to accept them.
  • Customer Privacy policy: Nationwide Storage shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.
  • Payment options accepted: Payment may be made via Visa and MasterCard.
  • Card acquiring and security: Card transactions will be acquired for Nationwide Storage via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3), and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
  • Customer details separate from card details: Customer details will be stored by Nationwide Storage separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
  • Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency: The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
  • Responsibility: Nationwide Storage takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery of goods.
  • Variation: Nationwide Storage may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

Packaging Return Terms and Conditions

  • Items need to be returned to the store at which they were purchased within seven (7) days.
  • Items need to be returned unopened and in a resalable condition.
  • Invoices for packaging items need to be presented.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed.
  • Refunds will not be provided in cash.
  • Items excluded from the packaging returns policy include: Tape dispensers, permanent markers, box knives, and rope.

Special Offer/Competition Terms and Conditions

  • Any competition/special offer is subject to availability.
  • Nationwide Storage holds the right to end the competition/special offer without notice.
  • Competition/special offer has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash.
  • This special offer may not be used on any existing units, and is only valid for any new units.
  • This special offer is only available at selected stores.
  • Full payment of deposit is required in order to claim/win the competition/special offer.
  • This competition/special offer may not be combined with any other competition/special offer or discount.
  • This competition/special offer may only be used once and may not be used in conjunction with or consecutively with any competition/special offer or discount.
  • Competition/special offer subject to completion of details as required by Nationwide Storage.
  • This competition/special offer can only be claimed/used for new units/customers.
  • The competition/special offer is not available to staff or their subsidiaries or sponsors.
  • All entrants to the competition/special offer must have completed the actions required for the specific competition/special offer as detailed on the platform/s where the competition/special offer is published.
  • The decision made to offer/claim/win the competition/special offer is made by Nationwide Storage, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • All prizes/offers/winnings must be claimed within 5 working days from date of announcement on any platform that Nationwide Storage publishes. Failure to make this claim before this time has expired forfeits the prizes/offers/winnings.
  • Unless otherwise specified, no transport is included in the prizes/offers/winnings or competition/special offer.
  • Van hire not available in all regions and is subject to availability.
